3 Unpopular Reasons On Why 99% Of People Quit Being A Creator

And Why You'll Quit As Well

I have been a creator for more than a year now.

Over the years, I have learned that most people who want to achieve grow and make money on X end up failing because they quit. They think creating a successful personal brand is easy, and never realize what's holding them back. To be honest, it took me quite a while to learn this lesson too.

Here are the reasons I've learned why people quit being a creator:

  • Reason #1: They don't love the game

People come into the creator economy because some big creator told how big of an opportunity this is. The goal of being a successful creator was never set by themselves in the first place. To sustain and be consistent in the game, love for the game is crucial.

  • Reason #2: They set a specific timeframe to get successful

Success doesn't have a pre-determined time period for you to be consistent and reach. It depends on how fast you experiment, fail, and iterate on lever-moving tasks. Have the attitude of trying until you succeed.

  • Reason #3: They compare themselves with others

Comparision kills your spirit for the game. Recently, a guy who started a month ago made $10,000 and grew by 1000 followers while I'm still yet to hit my first 1000 followers. When I talked to him he said he has invested $12,000 into a mentor and courses. You never know what the person has done in the background to yield their result.

Stop comparing. Start Executing.
